Emptying the damn washer bottle

Got a hell of a bad smell coming from the car and have isolated it to the washer bottle. Any idea how to drain the bottle save for running the thing dry (it's [now] full and it smells to high heaven!)?

Is it possible to attempt siphoning it out with a length of tubing?
Stop sucking before it comes into your mouth though!

go to halfrauds and buy some apple flavoured concentrated screen wash does the job a treat
