Alarms and covers not mixing!

have an alarm that is going off on my T350 when it has its cover on. I presume this is due to the wind setting off the motion sensors inside?

I have read on other threads that you can turn down the sensitivity of the sensors, i am going to check the ECUs which are in the footwells, where do i find the box to turn down the sensitivity? Are they also in the footwells?

I had the same thing with the cover on my T350 and had the alarm adjusted, now works perfectly. I see Hoolio has sent you an email so I won't go into more details but by all means email me if you need to.

Hi Hoolio

You may be getting sick of emailing info to us newbie's. I have emailed you seperately, but if you could please let me know how to reduce the sensitivity on the alarm so it doesn't go off with cover. Many thanks.

Thanks Hoolio, have dismantled most of the inside of the T350 now, sensitivity adjusted and no alarm setting off, also located and hopefully sorted the leaking boot hatch too - the roof liner is rolled over and sits outside the seal, so in rain it soaks up the water and deposits it in my boot! Genius! removed the excess and replaced the seal on some silicone sealer - fingers crossed!

I`ll add my voice to this too, I`m just about to put a cover on my Sagaris and don`t want to annoy the neighbours too much (the sound of starting in the morning is probably enough for a ABOS atm )
