I can confirm the viability of the Sagaris as a Grand Tourer!!!

Just returned from a short business trip to Northern Germany, 1400 mile round trip over three days, middle day just covering 160 miles between meetings. The car ran without any complaint, even through the hail, blizzards and freezing temperatures. Massive thanks to Dave and Colin at Automedon for their meticulous preparation of the car. It was a great comfort to be able to tackle some testing driving conditions (don't believe all you hear about the quality of Jerry's roads!!!!) without having doubts about reliability.

If you get the chance, go on a "road trip," don't worry about clocking up the miles and ENJOY!! (maybe leave it 'til the weather fairs up a bit though!!)

Completely agree with all that - although I object to using my TVR for business, and can't bring myself to do that many miles at this time of year.

IMO the Tamora, T350 and Sagaris are just as good as being grand tourers as they are out-and-out sportsters. Longest journey I did in mine was 3,000 miles in under a week, and it was a completely pain- (and ache-) free experience.

Did close to 600 miles on my first weekend with the Sagaris, apart from the speedo not working (2 minute fix as the sensor had moved) it was perfect.
