Hi,

I'm considering bying a friends 480BHP Supra. Very fast but the standard brakes are rubish! Can anyone give me an idea of the cost of a brake upgrade?

Try K-Sport big brake kit. Loads of brake for the money and good looking and quality too, or Performance Friction rotors and pads. I hear great things about Performance Friction, awesome stopping power, long lasting fade free brakes down to the last few mm!!

EBC Turbo grooved and dimpled rotors with Yellowstuff pads. Have been using EBC for the last 3 years and i am very pleased with the results, on road and on track, especially with Yellowstuff pads all round!! Excellent products and cracking value for money!!

Makes a change from the usual AP Racing and Brembo kits, and they are much cheaper biggrin

Thanks for the feedback. The one of th KAD options looks like a good bet.

yes

Gaz makes a good point, it sounds very obvious but you'd be surprised at how many folk go out and buy a big brake kit only to have a banghead moment when they realise there's not a hope of getting the wheels on!
