320d maf bosch part no

i've got an e46 320d touring 2001 138bhp model, does anybody know the bosch part number for the air flow meter, mines died on me after about 4 months( cheap one off e-bay)a local bosch dealer says he can get me one only if he knows the part number, should work out a lot cheaper than the stealers price of £240.
