Dizzyless ign... capacitor value in coilpack +12v feeds

The wiring schematics I've seen all show caps (linked to earth) being used to smooth out spikes in the +ve feed to the coilpacks... only thing is I've never found out the suggested value for these (there's prolly a range or reasonable values that would do). Anyone know what the values might be?

Have tried search but no joy.
