Removing Passenger Footrest

If this is a really silly question, please say as I've not even looked yet but......

Is it easy to remove the passenger footrest? I bought a new shiny one at the Donnington show.

It is just held in with velcro.

Yup, you do have to pull hard though; the velcro is good stuff!

Just be patient and it will just fall off all by itself eventually.
