I'm thinking about organising a corporate track day for my top customers some time around end of July or early August, probably on a weekday and for around 15 people. We have a couple of fast cars that we want to use (Cerbera, M6, 350BHP turbocharged vauxhall viva, no I'm not joking) but we also want a couple more to be provided plus some good instruction. I have been looking at a few websites and the prices seem way OTT. For example nearly £5000 extra if we want a 911 for the day.

Would like to organise this without getting ripped off and also make sure everyone has a good time.

Advice from anyone who has experience of organising such events would be very welcome.

Drop me an e-mail for more information, but I can arrange this for you, no problem.

Can get a Porsche 997 GT3 for a lot less then that!

Have a word with BAT http://bookatrack.com/

They have a fleet of Caterham Superlights & a nice shiny truck to cart them round in to a track of your choice. Maybe not as quick as the Viva in a straight line but better round the bends I reckon.

I would also have a word with track club.

Steve has quite a large fleet of different cars, and puts on a good day.

I've had tuition with Andy Walsh and would highly recommend him. I have no experience of their "corporate days", but maybe of interest to you:

As above, BookaTrack will take on corporate clients with their own cars and could also arrange to have their own Caterhams and possibly also Jonny's Erise available.
With all BaT days, professional ARDS instructors are available.

Give Jonny a shout or an email through their site thumbup

If you have top corporate customers, then there is only 1 event to take them to, that is the MotorSport Sensation at Jonathan Palmers Bedford Autodrome. Everything is laid on, 8 cars, good food, each drive is scored, excellent facilites and lots of full on instruction.

Maybe a few racers on PH would sit in and give a bit of instruction cash-in hand?
I'll do it if you're at cadwell or snetterton. Others too, but I don't know them tracks as intimately, so it'd be more general track-craft. (At least in the morning!) Where you thinking of doing it?

You should be able to source a few good photographers from here, too. Give them a momento or two of the day.
