Central London - "friendly" car parks for Ferraris ...
Discussion
For those willing to share - trying to identify a handful of friendly car parks in (a) city (around moorgate/bank) and (b) west end (around mayfair). Friendly means - I think - secure, easy meandering to keep alloys intact, wide parking bays to keep doors intact and possibly underground. Pricing is a factor but would think people are happy to pay premium if all boxes are checked.
Another way to approach this perhaps - any car parks one should steer away from!

the car park underneath London wall is fairly safe.
i often see a couple of exotic cars in there when i go in to work.
entrance is on london wall going east, at the museum of London end just before you get to the building that straddles the road.
it's £3 per hour i think....my work gives me a season ticket so i dont know for sure.

When I worked over in Holborn I used to park here: http://www.camden.gov.uk/ccm/content/contacts/non-...
My Ferraris and Lambos were always fine there
Before that I used to work near Bond Street and parked the Ferrari here: http://www.allinlondon.co.uk/directory/1071/29359....
It's not the easiest carpark to get into but there are a lot of nice cars there

London wall one metioned earlier is fine, no kerbs near the parking area, easy entrance - getting out is a slow process with a kerb on the passenger so bike are seperated from cars but take it slow its fine.
another good one is behind gaucho grill on sloane avenue (name of road) near the michelin building/restaurant - easy in and out - laods of cars better then ferrari in there!
another easy one is quarter way down the kings road (coming from the sloane square end) on the left hand side, follow the parking signs.. a nice daytona in there let alone bentleys the lot, they also have those car lift things for long term resident parking
HTH

About 3 ys ago - they did a great job and also can skin your car... something I have thought about but subtely and skinning your car don't easily mix, so have refrained... maybe when gumball rally comes past again might be an idea for 3k
Thanks. I'll likely give them a go next time I use that car park. They always seem to be busy with wheel re-furbs (either that or lots of Rangies get their wheels stolen while they're down there) so I assume they must be fairly well regarded.Gassing Station | Supercar General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
