Well after getting the Wedge back on the road, took out for a blat on Sunday, (nice to see ya Rev) and everything running fine once warm. but go too take into work on Monday and I have my same old rough running below 2k

Wsa trying to test the temp sender, so shorted out with paperclip but still seemd to have the same issue.

Is fine at higher revs, although possible a lttle hesitant above 5k (due to ecu limit )

Any other ideas apart from actually fitting my MS system that is sitting in my spare room smile

On another note anyone know who could check my other ecu for dry joints as would love to get that one working properly ?

Try unplugging and re-plugging the ecu main connector a few times. Another possibility is a dry joint. Re-touch the whole ECU.

You can knock it to see if faults come and go, otherwise it's a visual inspection. But probably best to re-touch the whole board anyway. Worked a treat for me! Have soldering iron/will travel(if not too far)... Email me through profile.

So reading between the lines you have a Rev limiter (Rev, down boy!! ;^)

I had one and ran rough around 1.5k. I disconnected it because it went wrong and permanently killed the spark.

Then all the rough running went away!

You could try that....
