Sellers continually refreshing the same ad

Is it possible to do anything about this? E.g. limit users to posting one free ad per week (maybe subsequent ones have to be paid for)?

It's pretty tiresome when searching the classified ads for new ones submitted since you last looked, only to have to wade though the same old ads which sellers just pull and re-submit every day or so to get back to the top.

This one in particular is getting pretty tiresome, as it's clearly not a bargain and clearly not worth the almost £12k the owner states since it hasn't sold at its current price of under £10k despite being put back to the top on a daily basis for a number of weeks... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/440701.htm

We have a filter system that should pick up on people doing that, so will have to look how they slipped through the net. That guy is being far too cheeky, so have removed his advert for breaking our 3 ads over 3 month rule.

We have sorted this out again, and put in a procedure to stop it happening for this seller again.
