Quick note to say thanks for the excellent convoy North on Saturday, Toby and I had a great time travelling in such stylish company!, I dont think he has recovered from the excitement yet and watched his own (very shaky and poor quality) video recordings several times already.
Hopefully meet some of you again.

Have to agree with Big G, was my first convoy, had a lot of fun and was good to meet you all. Great to see all of the stares as we cruised up the M1.

Be good to keep in touch and maybe look to get a combined herts/beds/middx meet together one weekend. Sure that we could encourage a few others along.

Glad Toby enjoyed it as well, just a shame that he was allowed to be a camera man for a trip down the run way.

On the subject of videos of the day.....
Richard how did yours come out?

Hi Guys,
We enjoyed the drive up as much as the time there especially the speedy drive through the lanes.

The video came out really well, but definately boring for someone not there.

Its the first time that I've used the camera (bought it for the ride in the Insane Racing Tuscan, not a cheap day as the car wasn't running) and I'm still trying to edit the footage and put it into a viewable state.

If those of you in the convoy would like a copy, send me your address via e-mail and I will post you a disc. (not sure of time scales though).

Feel sure that we should meet up again, even if only to have a laugh at the vid.

Sounds like fun! Sorry I missed you guys on the way up, but the Clio needed collecting .

I trust Matt got passed the mobile chicane on the way home OK. I just missed it .
