Clutch issues Beeding/fixing????
Discussion
I am in the process of trying to get an S1 back on the road and have recently gotten into it to find that the clutch pedal is feeling spongey and now not returning all the way up. It's maybe the first 5mm of travel that you can push down on and it doesn't return and then occasionally it sticks a quater of the way up. I have no problems getting gears when it is down so I am reckoning it is a hydraulic issue.
On inspection I have found that the clutch and brakes share the same resevoir, so does one have to bleed the brakes and the clutch at the same time? Or on after the other?
I have recently put new pads and discs all round. Could this be a cause?
Just to add that I have just found out that I have the old black style Trunion and someone has stuck a bolt in it, rather than the grub screw. But it has worked before.
Cheers
