My consolidated "I'm looking for an F430" thread

I'm now officially on the hunt for an F430. Finances agreed and inplace, part-ex prices confirmed. Just need to find the right car now.

Below are my requirements:
F430 Coupe
Rosso Red exterior
Crema interior
Mileage under 10k
"55" or "06" plate
F1 Gearbox
Scuderia Shields (embossed)
Bordeaux carpets
Bordeaux coloured stitching


The following options would be nice (in descending order of importance):
Bluetooth
Electric seats
Daytona Seats
Reverse parking sensors
Sat nav
Red calipers

The majority of cars on the dealer network are almost there, but not quite. So I'm holding out for a good-un.

As per a previous thread, I've seen a decent 55-plate car at a main dealers. 9500 miles, but I'm coming round to that not mattering as much. However it has Bordeaux piping. I really like the Bordeaux stitching, but think that the piping might be a bit too overpowering. I havent been able to see it in the flesh though. Anyone have any opinions?

Im interested in your previous thread re the mileage, mine is a 55 plate and I have 8500 on it now which seems reasonably high compared to alot about. Whilst Fezzas are of course sensitive to miles I think you are seeing alot of low mileage ones on the market at the moment as people are getting out of them (as has been previously discussed on here) and I think you will definately find one to suit your price and spec and prob with fewer miles than you think. That said the 430 will def do the miles, its there to be driven after all!...

I would be interested to hear about this matter also as I'm undecided about whether to bite the bullet and go for a F430, (much the same spec coincidentally!). But I wasn't sure whether to go for a slightly newer car, as I will probably keep it 12-18 months and by that time it will be just coming out of warranty, and maybe harder to sell unless an extended warranty is put on, which I have no idea as to the cost ?

I have been looking at prices over the last couple of months and notice especially over the last few weeks prices coming down on relatively newer 2006/07 models.

The Autotrader seems to have a very good selection of cars, and prices too, every week, some dealers seem to be holding out for extortionate prices compared to others ?

I realise until I've seen them it's difficult to compare, but we are talking £25k in some cases !

Is there any must have options for a F430 ? Does anyone have access to a ferrari Uk price list, as its difficult to find out reliably what price these cars where when new ?

I hope I haven't hi-jacked the thread, as this is probably important to us all "
