Tripod for Canon Ixus 950IS

[justlivyalife]

I've just bought a Canon Ixus 950IS and want to get a reasonably sized tripod so I can take some arty farty photos of the car, double exposures etc.

Can anyone suggest a cheap(ish) tripod to buy and where to buy from that would suit this camera? Specifications are here if they help but I can't see any reference to the size of mount: http://www.photographyblog.com/reviews_canon_digit...

Mount looks standard size to me.

How about this:

Or a little more robust:

I've got one similar to this one found on ebay which supports my Nikon D70 and lenses OK so a compact will be no worries. It's also nice and light to cart around.
