Oil Pressure

Just a quick question

I've a 2000 4.0L Chim with 48k on the clock. I seem to get quite high oil pressure, when cold and running at 70 ish the pressure reads 50psi and when idling reads 30psi. When the car is hot it runs 40/20.

Is this ok or will it give me any problems?

Water temp runs ~70 or just below in winter and fan cuts in 75-80 ish

The range of readings you have all sound normal. Whether the actual readings are accurate is another matter. For peace of mind you could have the oil pressure readings checked against the gauge.
