OK. Tell me about Tamora's

Hi Guys
well, I've sold my TVR wedge after 10 years. It was fantastic (far more exciting than the 4.3 Chim it replaced) but its time to move on. I've looked at whats next and I'm firmly set on a Tamora. Maybe not this year (I need to save a bit first) but certainly next year.
So, tell me, aside from the speed 6 issues,which I'm eyes wide open to - should I assume the issues affect the 3.6 Tam as much as they do the 4.0 Tuscan and Cerb??. Do I need to go for a car with the rebuild already done? Does the rebuild work? Is there anything else I need to know? I'm thinking mid teens thousands cash-wise. Will this get me a good one?
What about running costs - say 4k miles per year? The wedge was hungry for drive shaft UJs and bits and bobs like that, but the engine I fettled myself. Can I service a SP6 muyself, albeit with a specialist doing the tappets maybe?
Genuine enquiriy this, I'm going to be a Tam man in the forseeable future so clue me in guys!
