It is illegal.i dont know which but it would be worth checking out before shelling out £££
I’ve seen this companies products up close, and some of the bizarre effects they produce are truly amazing (although our application wasn’t for cars).
However, they are in the states, and getting certain paints shipped is problematic, liable to form filling for importing, and no doubt some environmental tax excuses thrown in for good measure.
There is probably a UK supplier, or at least a company providing very similar products.

Im sure i've read someplace that its not legal in this country either. However, there are lots of different versions of this paint. Its not all full on chrome. So I expect some will be legal. Like the Ferrari pictured above. I know paint is available to give a polished aluminium effect. And from the samples ive seen, its very effective and good looking too. But with all the differing varieties of this "metal" paint, im sure it must be hard to draw the line at what is legal or not.
Whatever, I quite like it when done right
Certainly makes a change from the chromaflair flip paint.

Yes. We have!
We 'Chromed' the famous BMW M3 in bright 'Chrome', Todt's Ferrari, a Porsche and many other things including Kylie Minogue's 'Gold' fibreglas costume for her last tour. It is only for professional sprayers with proper spraying facilities. And it is not cheap.
