Isn't it a ST145.022 with an .861 movement. It may be 1969 but it hasn't got the much more valuable Cal.321 movement.

TBH I recon it's worth between £350 and £700 depending on condition.

Even though it looks well loved I'd still say that buy it now price was a great deal.
