How are we all?
Discussion
Hi Guys
Not been on for a while. Im back at work now, so don't get on much ! Day off today - so thought I'd see how you are all getting on.
Remal - you must have your new bike now ? Going well ?
Chilli - How's the neck?
Did sossige pass his cbt yet?
Personally - I can't get bike this year - getting house done up, maybe to sell. Hiring a Suzuki SV650S at the end of this month for a long weekend, when I get my first full wage ! Will hire a couple of times this year, including getting a hire for the Hizzy run in September. Going to upgrade all my gear this year to.
Hope you are all doing well.
All the best.
Barry.

Hello Barry,
Glad you're back up and about. So, enjoying being back at work??
I'm ok. Got a meeting with the surgeon tomorrow, but impression's are that he won't want to operate. Haven't been on the bike for a couple of months now, and had to csncel the Jerez trip... not happy, it's in 2 weeks time. Still not sleeping very well, but get 1 or 2 hours a night.
Cheers.

Good to hear from you all.
Chilli - I hope your meeting with the surgeon goes well. I know it won't be any consolation to you mate, but I have a good idea how you feel. What pills are you on ? If you have a similar type of problem to the one I have with back then it needs time to settle. If, like me, you are still in agony after a period of time they may operate. I was told it has to be done, I had no quality of life. I'm not meaning to be cheeky, but how old are you? Im 32, and the older you are the longer that period of time before they operate is. If I was 20 I would not have had to wait months for MRI and reslutant operation, the success rate is far higher the younger you are. If you want to ask me any questions about what I had done/medication/rehab/physio please ask, If you want I will put my email on my profile. Try not let it get you down mate. Sorry to hear about your trip to Spain. There will be others, and you will enjoy them when you are at full fitness.
Remal - your bike looks great, sounds great also ! Now, I hope you enjoy your trip to the US, but remember, I have a lot of annual leave to use up, and I would be more than willing to take a trip over the border to come and look after your bike for a couple of weeks....I will be carefull..honest !
I bet you really miss your Fazer
Y2 - good to hear you are doing well.
I will lurk around here during the summer months, trying not to get jealous. Got guys coming round quoting for a fence round my back garden, I had no idea getting wood was so expensive.
