Just got back from selling my car to the dealer I got it from 3 years ago and I watched the dealer take it for a test run (big mistake) because it looked and sounded beautiful. So when he returned and we started talking cash I changed my mind. As I type this the car is sitting back on the driveway safe and sound.

Silly thing is I would have been happy with 8k but he only offered 6.5k because its due a service. HIS LOSS.

I don't use the car so much (only did 200 miles last year) and after spending on a new clutch, new interior, new rear window and starter motor I thought it was time to let someone else enjoy her.

My bad.

I understand how you feel. I've got someone coming to look at mine tomorrow. I'm going to be gutted if he buys it and I have to first watch, then listen to him drive off in her. I could of course keep her but do I really need two TVR's. Yes yes yes, but unfortunately needs must, the Tuscan isn't going to be cheap to run I'm sure!

Out of interest, how much is a new interior. Some cars look great but the previous owners colour schemes can look a bit odd. Is simply ripping out the interior and replacing it with the colours you like an option?. Who sells the materials?.

I paid £750.00 for Racing Green TVR to do the job and they did it to perfection. Wine red with cream pipeing. They did the doors, the footwells, the lot.
