How noisy is my rear end?

Evening all

I have bought an S1 with a Janspeed sports cat, Janspeed exhaust and ITG induction. I haven't had it noise tested yet, but am I going to have problems with noise limits on track days? My usual haunts are Donington & Rockingham, so both a bit noise-sensitive. I'm off to the ring as well this summer and don't want to get binned for noise having driven all that way.

It depends which Janspeed exhaust you have but you might just get away with that set up. If its a problem I would have thought that a boggo cat would bring it back in line.

I've a janspeed supersport including a 4-2-1, a decat pipe and a pipercross induction. Its been tested a few times, between 100 and 103db static, so there are a few places where I'm assuming I'm out of the game, Bedford and Goodwood in particular. With the cat you should be maybe 3-5db better, so probably OK for your faves.

Best bet... head down to one of them one weekend and get it tested befiore you've spent any money.
