I'm a property investor myself and an active member of Summit Forum - http://www.SummitForum.co.uk - which is free like PH, and is where other property investors hang out.
Right now they are running a competition with a prize fund of more than £3,500 in the form of free and/or heavily discounted bridging finance. To enter simply go to http://www.SummitFinance.co.uk and follow the instructions.
Why am I telling you all this? Simple:
1) I am hoping that it may help some PHers to build their property portfolios; and
