S!

Gimme a T!

Am I allowed to go twice?

As far as I know it belongs to one of the Royal family that rule Dubai. He's got a few quid stashed away...

Sorry to interrupt but that car does not belong to him!

I was in Dubai a fortnight ago and went for dinner at the Burj Al Arab (the sail hotel)...i knew the underground parking would have something special inside so i went down to take a look... biggrin

(I'm at work so i'll post pics in the evening but what i saw was phenominal!)

I White Mclaren SLR, This Veyron and a Yellow Pagani Zonda all together in one line! Opposite them was a white Maybach and a White RR! I started taking pics but the security guy wouldn't let me as photography is only allowed in the atrium area of the hotel! I still managed the Zonda, SLR and Veyron which i'll post here later....Anyway i got talking to the guard and he confirmed that all these cars belong to one Russian Billionaire who lives at the Burj! (one night here costs around £1500!).. and this veyron is not normal! eek

When I got home i searched the net for who he is and found all this:

I was at the McLaren HQ on Saturday and was told that some Arab Sheik has just ordered 10 SLR's to give away to friends and family as gifts !
He has ordered them in wierd colours too (cream, pale blue, brown etc) which they charged him loads more to do.
They were all lined up in the factory in various stages of prep and looked awesome.

the Pegaso Veyron doesn't run any more power , saw it at the Bugatti factory and they told me as much. It looks hideous in the flesh.

I have a friend who works there - he works on the paintwork for the SLR's, making sure the quality control is 100%.

I actually think that is the best colour combo I've seen on a Veyron.
