Imagine going out to the supermarket. By the time you got to the bottom floor, your tax disc would be out of date and by the time you get back to your apartment, the food would be out of date.

I was in Dubai on a stop over a couple of weeks ago. You can bearly see the bloody tower through all of the pollution! Anyone who buys the top floor will only get a few of smog and planes. Haha.
