how can i conect an ipod of an memory stick to my 03 bmw

i have an m3,sat nav with in boot cd changer,does any body know how i can play mp3 or at least,connect a memory stick to the car,cd changer jump and also i play a lots of copy music so they say i will break the lens if you play copys???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
