612 Scaglietti
Discussion
I think it could be real.. The reflections are pretty good but someone could have reversed an F430 into the same parking spot and then photographed that and merged the two but it looks like a 612 motor under there as the F430 motor looks quite different... It could be that the see through panel is from another model (not an F430 though, based on the below image) and not something totally bespoke but I'm not sure....
612 motor

An F430..

I'd say odd's on it is for real... but am prepared to eat humble pie if proved wrong!

I'd say that's real.
I'm pretty handy with PS and to do one accurate image would be hard enough but to do two is pushing it.
I'd agree about the dodgy edges round the bonnet but it is likely to be a bespoke job. The car is registeed in the lands of 'money no object' so I think it's a rather ostentaious bit of modding for real.
It's quite nice compared to the dreadful stuff they used to do like gullwing S class Mercs in gold plate in the '80s.

It looks like an F430 spyder engine cover rotated by 180 degrees!
Cut & paste this... ( I can't hot link it )

It's not a PS, can't find the link on my blackberry but there is a thread on FC which explains the car details
iirc the collector also has quite a few other modified Fcars
That's just silly. That engine looks no bigger than my hand...iirc the collector also has quite a few other modified Fcars
