In Belsize Park two nights ago. I was walking down the road to gym and there were 2 E46 3series with the fronts missing - I was amazed at how cleanly they had been removed. I am worried now, hopefully E90 bumpers don't come into fashion

Couple of years to my knowledge. One of my lads has an e36 318iS with the M Tech kit and his was attacked. They must have been disturbed as they didn't get it off but there are plenty of stories of this happening.

Hands off at the neck is too good for these feckers.

That's partly why I haven't put a M-Tech front bumper on my e36. iirc you can get some different bolts to fit it with that will make it more difficult to remove.

I'm breaking an E36 at the moment and had to have the bonnet open to remove the front bumper. I wouldn't have thought that M3 bumpers were mounted that differently to normal ones.

unfortunatley its old news...I had the wing mirrors from my old E36 M3 stolen...750 quid later....

my mate had a bill of £1.5k (+VAT) after his went walking...
