Where to get brake pipes made up near Leeds centre?

Anyone know a good place to get a brake pipe made up (cut to length, and flared with union nuts etc) near Leeds City Centre if possible. Tried dealers but no go. Asked Wilko Motosave and it seems they can but that's probably my last choice of place. Going to buy a brake spanner tonight from Halfrauds and get the old pipe off tomorrow hopefully.
