hi was out weekend looking to buy a 340r, just not sure on a few thing's this one had no stud's on top body work for tonneau cover was this an option from lotus? also cam cover was red is that standard? i know these might not seem much but iam spending a lot of money and want the best i can buy, whent out for a test drive just blew me away and i own an elise.

Hmmm... can't help re the tonneau fixings... but the red cam cover is by no means standard and given your comments about pace, its highly likely to mean its received the Honda conversion treatment - although I can't believe that this wasn't pointed out to you when you saw it. A Honda conversion makes a big difference.

no the tonneau cover was an option and the cam cover was black originally

Yes the tonneau was an option. Remember Harry from EVO mag having one fitted by Lotus when he had his first service and to memory it was not cheap to have sorted.
