Apart from sleeping.

What's a good way to faze them out?

I've tried a few "products" which apparently help, but i fancy trying something new to ease the burden on the eyes. Because at the moment, especially first thing, they really don't look great at all.

Thoughts? smile

Drink more water / cut down alcohol and caffeine, it's usually dehydration that causes them.

YSL Touche Eclat, is the best at covering up the circles.

I have been told the circles are formed because the kidneys are not functioning properly, so drinking more water is probably a good thing, however, as much water as I drink they are still there.

Agreed!! Although if I'm honest, the main reason behind it is that I'm due to be meeting a close "friend" of mine in a few months time & just want to look half decent rather than a Zombie from all the hours I've been working. So it's this & my slightly belly i need to sort out for the mo.

I guess i should drink alot more water, i go alot of the day without eating/drinking much due to how hectic work can be then pig out when i get home late. No alcohol though & very little if any caffeine.

Don't understand men who feel the need to use products even I would not use...

That's easy just say something they can warm to like:

Did you know that a naturally blonde female has more female hormones than a brunette but once she's had her first baby that pure blonde hair will get a bit darker.

Also good to break the ice if you want to chat up a blonde.

Erm, it's a sign of malnurishment and dehydration. Look at your diet and drink more water.

And bags... get more sleep.

After making changes there, you should notice a marked difference.

Drink cranberry juice every day for a month, it promotes good kidney function which should get rid of them.
