Are there any flexible spray products you guys can recommend that can cover interior vinyl without cracking or peeling?

not a spray but poorboys natural look dressing is superb. it's not sticky and leaves a cracking satin / matt finish. pm me if you need some.

Einszett interior cleaners and protectors are possibly the best in the game. Give a great matt protective natural look finish.

I would get it covered in alcantara and forget vinyl all together.
