The Sat-Nav is superb ... already been considering moving that unit you saw today over into the Chim(p) when we get one and getting the new INA-N333R unit for the Vulva (the new one has extra memory / processing horsepower so that it can support postcode searching as well as just address searching - thing is I had a thought of installing a Sonic Blue eMpeg as a head unit in the Chim(p) instead - both are usefull! The 'leccy coolbox is a treasure too ... however I've just found out about another unit which a mate has bought from Lidl (IIRC) that he says is even better - apparently gets much colder and holds more. I need to look at one when I get back but if they are significantly better I'll let you know - supposedly about £60 inc 240v-12v PSU for home use.
As for the aircon ... well as I said, there's aircon and there's aircon - the unit in my old MX6 was OK and stopped you sweating profusely but that was that. Once above about 2,500 rpm in the V40 that Volvo A/C actually can get *TOO* cold ... by Lincoln we'd actually got the heater on as well as the A/C just to take off the chill as it was making my forearms numb whilst driving!
