Roll over hoops
Discussion
I've recently fitted a standard TVR roll bar, not happy because is fouls on the hood, I've looked around and the only other options pre fabricated are Roll Center/Tower view and TR Lane.
Tower View have retired and roll center forwarded me to them, not much help for me in Hampshire. TR Lane were very helpfull, I may swap mine out soon. T.R. Lane are the only hoop style I've found and were featuted in Sprint, my worry is that the seat room looks limited, i.e. the amount the seat can be moved back.
If anyone can comment on this it would be usefull.

I spoke with the guys at the rollcentre. Towerview have part rights to the design so orders should go through them. If you cant get hold of Towerview get back to the Rollcentre and tell them. They should then deal direct with you. I bought the TR Lane one from an ebay auction. Got it for £220 which is a bargain. They are now up to £375. Great looking bar. Would maybe be a good idea to tie-in with tunnel chassis member under the centre console? Dont think the drivers leg room is an issue (talk to Jeffsy) but passenger may be restricted further.
Have you ordered from T.R Lane? Are you going to fit it yourself? After my fitting experience with the standard roll bar I may be able to help. It's not easy. I will contact Lane for the instructions, he provides on purchase. Mian concerns are solid connection to frame and sealing so it doesn't leak

Won ebay item that T.R Lane put up for auction. Think this has been more of a tester for T.R Lane to see what the market is like for them. My other half and her co-driver build and race group N/A/B rally cars so i have a little help
This bar bolts in down at the seatbelt mounting. The rollcentre one goes through rear shelf onto chassis. You could fit Lotus seats like i have which gives back those 3-4 inches due to seat back being slim. Not a straight swap though. Needs aluminium box section bonded into floorpan to take lotus runners. Or move battery into boot.
problem with that roll bar is if you need to get into the "tunnel" you have to remove the roall bar.......
not totally conviced by it...... BUT anything has to be better then then nothing I guess.
The roll center roll bar is not aprroved either as it does not clear your head by enough, as its designed to fit undrr the hood.
