Hi all,

like the title says. I am in need of some ideas for inspiring pictures. Simple subject really. The word being FREEDOM. What does it mean to you? and how would you photograph it?

Any ideas greatly appreciated..

- Small animal in a big field
- Bird in flight
- Car keys
- Someone throwing away L Plates or L Plates lying on the ground with a car driving off into the distance
- A car on a wide or long road
- A divorce paper laugh
- Cliched stuff like a person on the top of a hill or running through a field jumping around, emphasising the scale of the background
- A big stunning landscape, shot nice and wide
- If you've got a friendly farm nearby there's plenty of potential there. Could be tricky to arrange but a shot of a chick breaking through an eggshell would be pretty cool

Does it have to be a straight theme of Freedom or can you do the exact opposite, and shoot something that clearly demonstrates no freedom at all? e.g. a caged animal etc

I personally would go for water. Clarity, pure, relaxed (obviously calm water) and possibly a reflection, so a reflection of life. Or Something like doors looking out, open the doors to freedom. Their are so many possibilities. Even a bird in flight. Something with a sense of scale so vast its just waiting to be explored etc.

Sorry if that makes no sense whatsoever!

Whilst that's a nice picture, it doesn't say 'Freedom' to me. It says 'If I don't find a well full of water soon, I'm fked!'
