Paint Color

[AZ88Turbo]

Does anyone know how to figure out the Lotus paint color used on a car? I have an 88 turbo (white) but I can't see anywhere on the car where it tells the color, and Lotus make several whites. I thought it was the Pearlessant but now I don't think so.

Paint colour should be mentioned on the vin plate under the front if you lift the cover, near the brake unit and fuses.
Is on my S4s any way, code B22.

Yes and any major car spray paint shop will decode it and obtain the proper colour formulation and colour match it from there, depending on how faded your paint is.

The only two white colors listed in the 88-92 Service Notes are:

Code Name MFG Part # Lotus # Topcoat
P02 Pearlescent White ICIP4217865 A089B6184V +Clear
A21 Monaco White ICIP4207517 A089B6149V +Clear

There is a "cream" but only two whites.
