Camping at Britcar 24

Just as a quick FYI - I will be offering a camping option at Silverstone for the 24. It'll be located on site just behind the grandstands on the start finish straight towards Turn 1 and there'll be toilets, showers, bar etc. And all the infield/pit areas will therefore be easily accessible via the bridge or tunnel.

Lets get a mini Le Mans thing going! PM me if you're interested and I'll start collecting names. As soon as I have the prices confirmed I'll post up. Should be able to do tickets at a good price too.

Anyone needing firewood for BBQs should contact Belly. He and JP have a 'special' deal at MSV circuits...........I am sure he can negotiate something similar with the BRDC !!!

That will be the campsite us mere marshals were in at the weekend, really nice and all fenced off. Might need some more toilets if a load of you are going but the showers were very clean and very hot - OK if you have asbestos skin.

We get put in that one whenever a meeting has "FIA" before it, maybe Uncle Max does not want us to take up valuble space on the infield just in case he wants to bring a mobile brothel.

At the 24hr we will be in the middle so please be quiet and show some consideration for us trying to get some shut eye - no noise or generators after 11pm please on the Saturday night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

E36 It might be worth you giving nick the tvrcc events guy a shout as the tvrcc are looking at doing something for the 24hr too.
