Professional Nav - i-pod adaptor and TV tuner

I have just brought an 06 BMW 535d m-sport with media pack (Professional nav, 6-disc CD changer, bluetooth etc).

it doesn't have a TV tuner or the i-pod/AUX/USB adaptor.

Can I get a) aftermarket TV tuner and b) aftermarket i-pod input which would have track control etc via the nav screen and also keep the Cd changer.

I have had a look on forums but can't find exact answer.

you can retrofit the USB connection, but you lose the 6 disc autochanger capability. Not a great loss in my mind, given the ability to operate the ipod via idrive. Oh, and dont have more than about 50 artists on your ipod, it will take forever to load them.
