Rear Brake Pressure regulator

I have a MOT failure with no rear brakes,front brakes are fine. I have 2 options Master Cylinder failure or the brake pressure regulator.

The Master Cylinder is from the SAAB, can anyone give me clue as to how to dismantle it.

Anybody know where the rear brake pressure regulator comes from and is there anyway I can check it for operation?
