How tricky a job would replacing the whole lot be?

Are there are special tools? What's the best type of glue?

I replaced the seal that goes around the body. Door seal, targa seal etc and it was a straight fit. Bought it from a dealer. Fitted in one piece and secured at the ends with a rivet, that I changed to a self tapper. Take your time to get various bits of trim under it properly and fit snug into corners, helps kkep the water out. On the 400 I notice they have taped the trim to help it slip under the seal. The targa section was much the same. A soft mallet also came in handy along with a few lenghts of straight wood to get it flat, gently of course.
