Hi Mate (and anyone else reading this),

I need to fit my pda into the Mazda and for it to take power from somewhere. I want to mount the cradle like this:

And i'm planning on using this brodit mount:

What I need to track down is an arm to mount the cradle onto the dash that I can then attach the brodit mount to.

Also with the molex connectors where I can take a power feed from? I don't need to mute the stereo or anything like that it's just really to use the satnav.

Cheers,
Phill

Hello mate smile
Well bracket wise i wouldnt want to drill into the car so i would get this
a bit more of a solid mounting platform

power wise , as you have got that part of the dash out , just tap into the stereo supply the pda wont drag much power to cause any harm.

Excellent! That looks much better than the brodit ones which mount over the air vent/hazard warning switch.
