any one had the rear screen changed ?and any idea of the cost

Just had mine done for 235 + Vat. Very nice job too. Had a couple of quotes which were pretty much the same, so not much to choose from on price.

£200 all in. I paid £60 windscreen excess(ALL windows are covered) Insurance sorted the rest. Non insurance approved either. Bargain

£300 for an entire roof!

Just don't use a bloke from West Bridgeford, not seen a good example of his work.
The bloke on Raleigh Island was good but the business has changed hands since he did my entire roof, but he's worth a try I think the previous owner pops back to do some jobs.
It was a while ago but just the rear window was £100, and was a waste of time, other than the window had fallen out and it needed to be watertight sharpish, the whole roof was £650ish and well worth it.

The place was called AutoBody Care, and the number was 0115 9289184

But like I said my recomendation is for the old guy that used to own the place, no idea about the current owner.....

i know who he is ,he fitted a full soft top for my mgb .i think he as retired
