HELP.advice needed on shockers for my tam

looking to up grade to gaz golds, has anyone on here done this,any advice or pointers would be very welcome.

When upgrading mine on the T350 I was advised to go for Nitrons over Gaz and I wasn't dissapointed even though they are more expensive.
