I've just bought a 360 F1, and wondered what the correct use of the paddle shifts is, i.e. should I be lifting off during the up or down changes? Picking the car up on Friday so have only driven it on the test drive - I hear there's a 'sport' button that speeds up the shifts? Am I right in saying that this turns off traction control also? Does this also stiffen up the suspension?

For smoothness keep your foot where it is when up shifting don't lift off or it will be jerky.

On down shifts take your foot off and the car will blip itself.

When you come to a stand still always pop the car into neutral to save on clutch wear.
