Has the time limit on this recently increased from a few seconds to minutes?
It's a real PITA as it is, as if you want to reply to 2 threads you end up hitting refresh all the time.

Surely it could be turned off for users who have been here for a while?

I often fall foul of this if I'm typing many responses at the same time...bit of a sod. Would it be possible that the anti-flood only stopped you posting on the same thread, or creating new threads in teh 15 seconds or so that is currently used?
