I've noticed a petrol smell in the cabin of my Chim but oddly, only when it's warm and only if I open the window slightly. I can feel air flowing through the vents from the boot when the window is open.

Any ideas?

Have a look at the opposite end on tank to filler, I had the tank sender seal go. If it leaking you should be able to smell the fuel.

WOO5IE - This did happen before I changed for the Leven cap. I'll check if the boot smells of petrol today.

HRG - The engine has just been stripped/rebuilt including the block out. This was done at a specialist and I asked them to check all fuel lines, etc.
