Has anybody had any dealings with the Above? Specifically in regards to issuing proof of NCB?
I just called them up and after the 4th redial (broken automated system) I got through to some scatty CSA who was...err... less than helpful.
She said 'ok i'll transfer that to the right team to get that sorted', at which point I was thinking I was about to be transferred to another team... but she just cut me off!
I'm going to redial them later on and see if it's been done, but has anybody else had issues getting proof of NCB from them? It's only 1 years NCB, but it's the difference between £88 and £150 on my new bike policy.
