Tyre Size For 17" Wheels???

What would be the tyre sizes for the front and back wheels if i go for the 17" x 7.5" all round on my 4.5 litre chimaera?

Mine are 215/40/17 front and 255/40/17 rear on a Griff 500

Mine is on 205/40's on the front, although I'll be changing to 215/40's when the time comes, and 225/45's on the back.

Chim bodies vary with manufacturing tolerances and some have reported trouble with 215/40/17, esp near the battery, even though 215/40/17 is geometrically correct.

do you experience any noticable handling benefits from the bigger tyres - i have the std. 15f 16r setup. would quite like better traction at the rear.
