Hi there,

Me any my new camera seem to be getting along nicely, it early days but the signs so far are really promising.

Anyway here are some pics of the cars that are entered in tomorrows 'Tourist Trophy' during the practice and qualifying sessions. The FIA GT is my favourite race series, I am a huge fan and it was great to see the cars up close again.

Following on from yesterdays post of the FIA GT3 action I have tried to shoot from a few different areas of the track to get some variation in the pics.

Let me know what you think.

Lets start with an F430

Corvette C6, should be a contender for 1st place

997 GT3 RSR

Ferrari 550 entered by an Argentinian team

Another F430

JetAlliance Aston Martin DBR9

Corvette C6R

Saleen S7 - suprise to see this in P3 on the grid

Gigawave Aston Martin DBR9

MC12 - my favourite

Gillet Vertigo

Another of the JetAlliance cars

Murcielago - looks great in white

Scuderia Ecosse F430

S7 being chased by an F430

Another MC12 - mmmmm !

MC12 pursuing the Murcielago

A brace of F430's following the Vitaphone car

F430 seems like the car to have in GT2

Kevin,

Camera was a Canon EOS 40D, the lens was a Canon 55-250mm IS. Only got this setup last week and so far am really impressed with it.
