I picked up my first Lamborghini on friday from Lamborghini London. It is a 2006 Rosso Leto Gallardo Coupe. I absolutely love it. I didn't think I would like the colour, but I think it looks amazing, particularly when the sun is shining on it. I had an Aston V8 Vantage last year and was slightly dissapointed with the performance, but there are no such dissappointments with the Gallardo, the performance is amazing.

I was going to buy a new LP560, but having speced up a car to my specification it came to just under £170k and I saw this 06 car with 3,000 miles on the clock and I thought it might be the more sensible choice for my first Lamborghini experience.

I have looked forward to having a lamborghini for many years now, and I very much look forward to meeting other owners soon.

Sorry, but I am useless with computers and so unable to post any pictures!

Quite a step up from a Smart Passion???? Was the Rwd too much to handle on the Smart you thought you'd get something easier to drive with 4wd? hehe

It is quite some contrast to drive!

I bought the smart car for the times when I don't want to leave a Lamborghini in the airport car park for days, and I thought it would be a bit of fun. It is actually better than I thought it would be.

I always thought I would go for black and I wasn't sure about the red until I saw it in the sun. It really does look quite good IMO!
